Exciting gallery and event space for hire

In the heart of the  creative K-Road area, I have an  exciting  and  affordable  gallery and event  space situated in a  converted warehouse.



As a gallery: This space works very well as do-it-yourself style gallery with over 27 meters  wall space  with  good lighting. This space has been used for: solo and group exhibitions, film location, fashion shoots, product launch, dance studio, Available hours for hire are Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.



As a event space: it is perfect for you work social or Christmas party, dinner parties, anniversaries  and private parties The space is flexible and is easily decorated to suit your event; I am more than happy to provide lighting options. The main space is approximately  100+ square meters. This event space is also  perfectly located  to meet up with friends to start the night off and celebrate that special event in the city - at the conclusion of your event you will be in close proximity to K-rd and Ponsonby, where there are numerous bars and clubs to continue the celebration. Available hours for hire are Fri, Sat evenings 5pm-1.am.



Facilities: There is a kitchenette next to the main space out the front, and a bathroom with toilet and shower at the rear; these spaces are clean and tidy. Additional furniture, one bar table and large food and drinks table and three large log seats. This gallery and event space is very  centrally located, just off K-Road and next to the K-road car park building and in close proximity to a taxi stand.



Rates for hire:

Hire per day: $250

Hire the gallery from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm: per week.$350  

Hire for private function Friday and Saturday nights, 5pm to 1am: $350

Hire additional equipment, sound system, lighting and smoke machine $100

Film and Ad Location, hire rates are negotiable.
