We have a few spaces in our shared art studio available.

8-10 m2 per space around $320 per month incl gst and all bills



Also we have a separate lockable office space, perfect for new companies, designers etc etc - this is around 20m2 and around $700 per month including gst, power, internet.



we are situated in a neat old building downtown with lots of character.
