We’re a graphic design studio with a great office space available for a complementary small business to share with.



If a great work environment is important to you, this may tick a few boxes. We have a bright and airy room available around 4m2 in our otherwise open plan villa – so although you'll feel like you're around people, you can still get a bit of peace and quiet when you need to.



Price includes expenses (ex gst) for one person (or by negotiation for two).



You’ll benefit from decent internet, good neighbourhood parking, cleaners, monitored alarm, kitchen, shower, good company and good sounds.
