- desk share $170/month (1 available for 9am-5pm weekdays)



Rental includes: desk and chair (unless you prefer your own), electricity, heating, cleaning, 50GB highspeed fibre WiFi internet (subject to fair use)



Facilities: shared bathroom and kitchen as well as a choice of two meeting rooms



Building safety: our building has been strengthened with interior steal beams, has been inspected twice by engineers after the recent earthquakes and deemed safe for continued occupancy



Cuba Quarter: a host of cafés, restaurants, boutiques and shops nearby; on street parking for 2 hours max but several parking buildings and car parks in the area
