Orchard Studios is a shared co-working office space/studio in the creative heart of Wellington’s Cuba Street.



Aptly named for our proximity to Cuba Fruit Mart and Olive Café, Orchard houses a diverse group of creatives, startups, entrepreneurs, freelancers and social enterprisers.



Our individual desk rental is on a temporary or ongoing basis for $340/month inc. GST.



Office rentals start from $1500/month inc. GST and we are happy to combine several spaces to cater for your needs.



Monthly desk and office rentals include:

> super fast fibre 50GB wifi Internet

> 24 hour access

> power and lighting

> shared access to two kitchens & two bathrooms

> a choice of 2 meeting rooms

> cleaning

> desk & chair with ample space to move about (indiviual desk rental only; offices can be provied with desks/chairs upon negotiation)



Refundable bond:

> $50 security key bond for 24 hour access

> $320 deposit in advance.



A two months notice period is required when leaving.
