Cuba Street Character Space

We are a new architecture firm working from this spacious character office in the heart of Cuba Street and are looking for other professionals to share it with. We have decked it out with amazing furniture, a meeting table and we have a brand new desk available that can seat up to two people.



Kitchenette and bathrooms are located in a separate space at the back.



We require approx $433 per person per month + GST to meet our expenses. For this you would have the desk to yourself - 2.4x1m, and be one of only 4 people in the space. This could also suit two workmates, price can be negotiable if it is for two people.



Includes internet, cleaning, power, coffee & tea etc.
