Quiet shared space in central Wellington

This is a quiet, tucked away location in central Wellington that would suit 1-4 people. Photo is of main available room (which can be emptied except for printer/internet hardware). The room is long rather than square and is about 25 square meters. There is also a partially occupied room that could possibly be used for meetings. There is a shared kitchen on the floor, and the building has 24/7 access.





The building is rated at 70% NBS (earthquake strengthening was done recently).



Quoted cost (to be negotiated based on space requirements) will cover all outgoings including internet facilities, basic printing facilities and power. However, you would need to bring your own desks.



A monthly agreement would work well for me, with payment in advance. The current lease expires at the end of September.



There are a few restrictions around office noise on occasion due to a room in the office being used for occasional video work.
