I have available a single office space or counselling/consulting room.  The room would suit a counsellor, therapist or just someone who wants a private, quiet office space.



The room is on the top floor of 78 Buckleys Road above a vet practice.  On the same floor there is my room which I use for my work as a registered psychotherapist, a waiting room which you would be able to use for your own clients, and a bathroom with toilet, shower and basin.



This is a lovely space, and the waiting room is already equipped with kettle/fridge/microwave and has a deck for sitting out during breaks.  



The listed cost includes the following:



- Private use of one room, approx. 14m squared with internal storage cupboard

- Shared use of the waiting room, deck and bathroom

- Shared power, rates, and building insurance



It does not include internet or phone, but I'm happy to negotiate this with the new tenant.
