Following the successful launch of the Enterprise Precinct and Innovation Campus (EPIC) we are delighted to offer new space in the form of the EPIC Lounge Memberships!

Come join us at the EPIC Innovation Campus at the heart of Christchurch’s CBD.



What is EPIC Lounge Membership?



The EPIC Lounge is the vibrant and airy open space located in the heart of Epic where small business owners can work on their laptops and join in the daily and weekly events held at the campus.



Lounge Membership provide a place for you to come in for part of your day, network with other members and EPIC tenants, clear emails and hold meetings.



The ability to be part of the EPIC community of 300 innovators is the real advantage to entrepreneurs. With full access swipe card to the building EPIC has been known to spark new partnerships and open up doors (no pun intended) with the specific purpose of leveraging collaboration to energize people’s businesses.



Who are suitable EPIC Lounge Members?



The EPIC Lounge is designed to open up EPIC for more innovators who can contribute toward the creative and collaborative environment already brewing here. As such, suitable lounge members are people who can and want to contribute by sharing their unique skills and networks with existing tenants and Lounge Members.



What Services do EPIC Lounge Members receive?



 - Use of the Epic Lounge facilities

 - Dedicated Wifi

 - Use of EPIC meeting rooms - 6 of them

 - Use of the BNZ lounge

 - Shared facilities including of Toilets, Showers, Bike Racks and Kitchen (including the Google coffee machine:-)

 - Ability to arrange events at EPIC

How much?



The current offer is a monthly fee of $205 per person, paid in advance.

Requirements are to commit to minimum 3 months.

The Membership excludes the one off $50 cost for your swipe card, which is paid directly to Colliers at the start of the membership.

The lounge area is aprox. 70sqm in total.

Each meeting room about 15sqm.
