Four work stations in office 43sq metres large ceiling.  One desk taken by office part-timer, one desk with a full-time person, sharing costs, in this good size open plan area.       

External to the office area are shared facilities; bathroom, client waiting area, kitchen and even a shower if things get desperate.  Business court also has good security features. 

In the office are large desks spaced out for your own area.  Each has a lockable filing cabinet, lockable drawers for stationery, dualboard for notes/planning, and a comfy chair.  In the corner of office is a relaxing area with leather sofa, coffee table etc.  Small fridge inside office for drinks etc.  Air con is fair.  

Price $425 plus gst per month.  Most expenses included; phone at your desk with local calling absorbed (reasonable use), large desk, use of wireless printer (reasonable use), broadband internet, and power.  (Please enquire how the cost can drop to $375 plus gst).

Culture: Any part time, contractors, or self employed persons wanted.  Area is tidy and well set out for your convenience.  Some storage space in a resource cupboard available.  Generally quiet and relaxed environment, often no one is even in the office so potential for complete quiet .  

Car parking - some free parking within walking distance, pay and display, 15 minute parks, and all day car parking from just $6. 

Access: Near bottom of Parnell Rise, close to motorway for escaping the city.
