We are two office workings sharing space in Parnell.  We have two further workstations available in this good size, open plan, high ceiling environment.    



External to the office area are shared facilities; bathroom, client waiting area, kitchen and even a shower if things get desperate.   Business court also has security features.  



In the office are large desks spaced out for your own area.   Each has a lockable filing cabinet, lockable drawers for stationery, dualboard for notes/planning, and a comfy chair.   In the corner of office is a relaxing area with leather sofa, coffee table etc.   Small fridge inside office for drinks etc.   Air con is fair.  



Seven day access at just $390 plus gst per month for 1 person.   Large desk, use of Brother printer (reasonable use), broadband internet, and power.  A better rate can be negotiated for Monday to Friday.



Area is tidy and well set out for your convenience.   Some storage space in a resource cupboard available.  Generally quiet and relaxed environment.      



Car parking - some free parking within walking distance, pay and display, 15 minute parks, and all day car parking from just $6.  



Access: Near bottom of Parnell Rise, near motorway access.
