Clean, quite space for group exercise class

I am the owner of a sports massage clinic.  I have a nice open area that would suit a small group class.  I am looking for something that would compliment what I do. I am situated in clifton court in Panmure.  Some of the businesses in the same court are a doctors, chemist, computer technician, Panmure business association and dentist. There is plenty of parking close by.
