Devonport Office & Carpark

I will be spending the next few months in Europe, and would like to sublease my office space while I am away.



Ideally, I am looking for somebody who would take the space from mid November to late January. However, I am negotiable with regard to the duration of the sublease, as my own plans are somewhat fluid at present.



The office is equipped with Wifi, landline, and a printer. So, all you would need to bring is your laptop and mobile. Power, Internet and reasonable phone use are included in the rent. Also included is a carpark, which is a real bonus in Devonport.



I have some of my personal effects stored in the office, but there is still plenty of space. So, hopefully that will not be an issue for you.
