This is a great office, with a light and airy, open central space for lunch, catch-ups and small meetings, as well as larger, bookable, meeting and training rooms. The tenants all have separate offices opening onto the central shared space.



The other tenants are two NZ-owned charities and one chartered accountancy - we're a like-minded group of people who like to have some fun at work!



We have three separate office spaces, alongside each other, available . Combined, they are suitable for between five and eight people.



These separate offices come with shared use of the open central area, the kitchen facilities, breakout/lunch/small meeting space, natural light and greenery, as well as shared/bookable meeting, training and boardroom spaces.



Monthly rent for these three offices combined is $3,143 ($37,714 p.a.) plus $5/person/month for consumables.

There is no onsite parking available, but there is some street parking.



Current occupants are two NZ-owned charities and one chartered accountancy firm. The charities operate in the mental health service and training areas. We share similar values about wanting to make the world a better place and contribute to people leading flourishing lives. We're looking for someone that would fit this ethos to share this great, architecturally renovated office space in Epsom. We have monthly shared salad lunches, there are cafes nearby, and regular public transport running down Manukau Road. What more could you want?

1) This is a first floor office with stairs, no lift, access.

2) Tenants must be willing to sign a lease with a three-month notice period for lease termination.
