Epsom Office Space

Opportunity to share architecturally designed office in the New Market end of Epsom with a small boutique architecture firm.
We have space available for 1-6 people to share our office, with opportunity to have desk(s) and chairs(s) provided. Space rental includes use of our kitchen which is outfitted with fridge/freezer, microwave, filtered water and dishwasher. Fair internet usage and printing is also included.

Our office has a monitored alarm system and keypad code entry, with preferred access between 8am-7pm Monday to Friday. We are open to discuss weekends and after hours if desired. Office facilities include two bathrooms (one of these has a shower) and rental includes fair usage of our meeting room (seats 4 comfortably) and weekly office cleaning. There are multiple layout and casual meeting spaces as well as pin up space available to be shared within the office.

Office desk rental is $170 per week.

Car park not included but we are less than 2 minutes from main public transport lines and there is covered parking for electric bikes or scooters with charging capability.
