We currently have space in our large, modern freshly decorated clinic for a natural health practitioner looking to build their practice or simply looking to branch out in a new location.



Our rooms are tidy, fresh, air conditioned and heated. The clinic has off street client parking, a bright modern and inviting waiting area and reception.



Osteoplus health is a dynamic team of practioners who work together for the best patient outcome. We have 3 osteopaths and a massage therapist. Room would be ideal for a naturopath, a counsellor/mentor or acupuncturist.



There is easy access from the motorway plus wireless internet + EFTPOS and front desk if required. We have a full kitchen, large meeting room and toilets. All located on a ground floor so easy for clients to access.



For the right tenant rent can be flexible; $50/half day, $90/ full day though would prefer tenant taking a room for the week.
