Light, funky office space on High Street / Queen Street. 



We have the front space of our office avaliable for rent. Our office is seperated from the space available but we would share the same front door and kitchenette.



We are a boutique music management company (Saiko Management) with a staff of 3 in this office and 2 in our NYC office. http://www.saikomanagement.com/



The space available is currently furnished with the items in the photos including a table & chairs, sofa, x-box machine, retro gaming machine (works), Red Bull fridge which we get free Redbull for and a coffee table. The kitchen is fully set up and there is also a small bathroom with a shower  in behind the kitchen. The toilets are off the coridoor outside the office, these are shared toilets with the few other offices on our floor.



Bills will be split evenly. We currently dont have Fiber but can get it installed easily enough. We are wanting to rent the space to one company only, no hot desks or singles. There will be a 3 month lease. We negotiable on price - we really just want it filled.



Access from the office is to High Street or Queen Street, through the arcade on the ground floor of our building. There are lots of great shops and cafes around and its a 5minute walk down to Britomart.
