We are creating a studio in the city, and have offices or hot desks to rent out, available from 24 August 2015.

Currently in the space is a photographer, marketing company and web hosting company. If you think your business would compliment these businesses and thrive in this awesome shared space, we'd love to meet you!



Located just off Sale Street, close to Sale Street bar and The Birdcage for after work drinks, and a less than 5 min stroll to City Works Depot for lunch (hello Best Ugly Bagels, Odettes and Food Truck Garage!), you'll be spoilt for choice!

Or walk to Victoria Park for some trees and sunshine!



The place looks a little bare at the moment, we will be updating the photos in a month after we have moved in.

Hot desks from $130 +GST per week ($150 incl GST). (up to four available)

Private office from $348+GST per week ($400 incl GST). (suit 2 -4 people per office)

Price incl. expenses and fibre wifi, two bathrooms w/ showers, full kitchen, outdoor areas for breaks.



Enquire for details about parking for lease nearby. Plenty of on street parking for clients at $2 per hour.
