We currently have four desks for rent at $450+GST per month. The price includes all overheads including body corps, water, power, kitchen amenities and ulta fast internet. These aren't hot desks, they are your own personal space so you can set them up to your taste and not have to pack down every evening, the desks are large measuring 1.8m each. All desks include shared use of the meeting/board room, kitchen, foyer and bathroom facilities (all these facilities are exclusive to four offices).



The office space has just had a full renovation and fit out including being fully painted, having LED lighting installed, all brand new flooring/carpet and a kitchen installed. There are four separate offices all with a harbour view. All offices are network cabled with ample power points. The private foyer features a waiting area with a couch, chair and coffee tables.
