The Foundry - New Shared Space in Britomart!

Welcome to the Foundry - the latest addition to Generator’s collection of funky, fresh spaces for work and play. As we continue to refit our beautiful heritage Britomart building, opportunities arise to join the magic – and with only 15 desks available, you’ll need to get in fast.



Beautifully restored heritage spaces, with soaring ceilings, soaked in natural light and in the heart of the action don’t come up very often – at least not with the level of service Generator offers. We take care of all the fine details, so you can focus on changing the world, not the lightbulbs.

Generator is all about helping freelancers, small business and start-ups unleash their creative and business potential. Every step of the way, we collaborate with our members to support & champion their endeavours. We strive to be more than just our (admittedly, super cool) space - we’re a community of like-minded, driven and daring businesses and individuals.



Your membership includes more than just your desk. There’s access to two our causal lounge spaces, one of which is also home to our café & bar. We also have several dedicated function areas available to hire. Our stylish meeting rooms are equipped with the latest AV technology, printing and VoiP telephony services are available, and wired or wireless high speed Internet is accessible throughout the building.
