This office space is located in Newton/Eden Terrace, close to motorways, Newmarket, Kingsland, K Rd and Ponsonby.   There are bars, cafes and restaurants in every direction. We're on Level 2 of the stunning Site 3 complex on St Benedicts St, with natural lighting and views out to the Waitakere Ranges.



The office is spacious with polished concrete floors, modern furnishings, two meeting rooms and a small kitchen with espresso machine. A large carparking facility is next door.

Seats are $350-450 a month each, all inclusive, and we have 8 available. They will each have use of a large desk space and chair, ultrafast internet, Canon printer (A4, A3 colour laser) and all outgoings such as power, water, cleaners etc are included.
