Shared office space reduced fee

We have two rooms left for lease in a recently renovated house. Two other rooms are currently leased and shared by small businesses.  Shared meeting and workshop space included in lease. Modern kitchen with coffee machine, deck and garden.

Lease includes full weekly service, tea, coffee, milk provided.  Building is alarmed. Rooms locked separately. Internet share also possible. Short term or long term lease negotiable.    



Room One available approx 9m $400 + GST month

Room Two available approx 10m $500 + GST month

Lease terms negotiable.
