The Elmwood Club - Meetings and Conferences

The Elmwood Club based at the Elmwood Bowling Club, have a number of spaces for hire. Whether it be a large corporate event or community group meeting we have options available.

Our Rooms:
Down Stairs Function Room, this room caters for up to 120 people and allows for open access to the Urban Beach. A perfect room for 21st, birthday parties and other social events when you want indoor/ outdoor flow.

Up Stairs Main Bar,  this room is available and caters for up to 120 standing and 80 seated guests. it has the benefit of a fixed projector and large screen suitable for numerous activities and is the preferred option for training days, quiz nights and social gatherings.

The Bowling Green, we can cater for up to 100 people on the bowling green for a social event. Bowls is a great sport for everyone to get involved and provides a great option for corporate groups that want to do something a bit different.

Croquet Pavilion, the croquet pavilion is perfect for social events with a twist, the room caters for up to 50 people and is suitable for corporate training days with an option to have a go at croquet after.

The Urban Beach, by far our most popular space, we can cater for up to 300 people on the sand for social activities, there are many sporting activities available but if you are wanting a place where your group can relax and experience something different the Urban Beach is a great option.
