Room for Hire near the airport!

The red room is location in the International Antarctic Centre next to the 4D theatre.

It can hold 28 guests table-style or 40 guests theatre style.



Prices Excl GST:

Quick Meeting duration less than 4 hours - $50 per hour

Half Day Meeting duration 4 hours - $175

Full Day Meeting duration 5-8 hours $300



Equipment is included free of charge which includes:

- Data Projector & Screen

- Freestanding whiteboard & markers

- Paper flipcharts and markers

- Wireless Internet Access available on request.



We have a range of catering options available including morning tea, lunch & afternoon tea.



We are located close to the airport and have free parking, and you can add all or part of the attraction to make your meeting a unique one.



Please note with the red room you can hear muffled noises for 10 minutes every hour from the 4D theatre.
