Our boutique facility is the perfect location for any event.



The Clarian Room offers a unique and modern atmosphere, overlooking the beautiful Victoria Park on Beaumont Street. 



The 70sqm room caters for theatre, classroom or cocktail style events and includes conference facilities (whiteboard, audio visual, flip chart, Wi-Fi, tea & coffee) within the price.



We can arrange catering for your special event, or you can choose to self-cater for your event.



There is parking available nearby at Victory Church and Victoria Park Markets as well as short term parking in surrounding streets.



Should your guests require accommodation, we can recommend hotels nearby.



The Clarian Room pricing structure:

Day Rate from $660 + GST

Half Day from $410 + GST



*Whiteboard, AV equipment, flip chart, Wi-Fi and complimentary tea & coffee inclusive in the rate.



Hours of hire:

Full days are 8:00am – 5:00pm

Half days are:

Morning 8:00am to 12:00pm

Afternoon 1:00pm to 5:00pm



Times include setup, facilitator preparation and breakdown time.

If you require use of the room outside of these times, please discuss this with us.
