Description

Cost:  Day event - $250 +gst (self contained workshop or another pre-approved concept). Evening event - $450 +gst.

Both prices include a staff member on site for the event if required.

TIME FRAMES
Evening Event:
Packing in - You can access to the event space from 12pm on the day of your event to set up, if you require longer than this you must book the day before also.

Length of event - Please arrange with event manager, generally evening events run anywhere between 5pm - 10pm, if you require a later time, this can be negotiated. Please note the Ironbank building gates close to the public at 6pm, if you would like these to be left open longer, you must inform us with atleast 24 hours notice.

Packing out - You must remove all your gear by 10am the day after your event and leave the event space as you found it (tidy and all rubbish packed in the bags for us to remove)

Daytime Event:
Packing in - You can access to the event space from 9am on the day of your event to set up, if you require longer than this you must book the day before also (day events are generally workshops and we will set up the space the day before so its ready for all your requirements).

Length of event - Please arrange with event manager, generally day events run anywhere between 9am - 5pm, if you require a later time, this can be negotiated Packing out - You must remove all your gear by 6pm the day of your event, unless arranged otherwise.

Multi-Day Event:
Packing in - You can access to the event space from 10am on the day of your event to set up, if you require longer than this you must book the day before also.

Opening/ closing times - Please arrange with event manager, generally evening events run anywhere between 10am - 6pm, if you require a later time, this can be negotiated. Please note the Ironbank building gates close to the public at 6pm, if you would like these to be left open longer, you must inform us with atleast 24 hours notice.

Packing out - You must remove all your gear by 10am the day after your event ends and leave the event space as you found it (tidy and all rubbish packed in the bags for us to remove)
