Space with shop front and commercial kitchen

Hi

I am a cake decorator working in Hataitai. I would like to share my beautiful premises with an enthusiastic .............. (????)    



I am open to ideas and have the following on offer:

- Retail space

- Workshop and retais space 

- option to share office space

- option to share certified commercial kitchen (not suitable for any production using meat or creating steam)



Hataitai central will shortly be enriched with a new restaurant/wine bar and a craft beer brewery is setting up across the road. Why not add your flavour to the mix.
